We have been involved with PTI since 1994. In that time, we have contracted PTI to remanufacture and upgrade 6 Pin & Vee Block test machines to like new condition. We operate these machines side by side with new Pin & Vee Block machines built by Falex Corp. We have also conducted reproducibility and repeatability studies and have found no statistically significant differences between the two groups of machines.

We have also purchased digital torque and load monitoring systems for all 10 of our Pin & Vee Block machines. We preferred the PTI monitoring systems over the Falex systems. We have also purchased two P.C. based data acquisition systems from PTI. To date, we have had no major complaints with PTI or their work. PTI has been very responsive when we have had problems.
